A Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience with commitment to transforming HR from a cost center to value-add for any business. With a background and experiences ranging from financial services, media and advertising, consulting firms, and tech companies in high growth / start up environments he brings a broad and unique perspective. While delivering HR leadership to Global Fortune 100 companies, Ryan has worked on over 1 billion in M+A deals over the last 8 years and has built/rebuilt over 10 HR departments.  With a focus on the solution instead of the problem, his direct communication style enables him to plan, execute and deliver results that exceed expectations and drive efficiency. Ryan is SPHR certified and attended Babson College.

Chip joined Deland, Gibson in 2006 after working in the financial services industry and in 2015 Chip was promoted to CEO. In his time at DG Chip has brought innovation and change to the Agency. Chip enjoys making people think differently from a new approach to health insurance to educating a client on alternative funding solutions. A self-proclaimed “risk management nerd”, Chip loves attacking risk through strategy and innovation to lower overall risk. Seeing that so many clients' main challenges and risks involved talent, born from that is GRIP HR Consulting.

Margaret has been working in the employee benefits arena for over 15 years as a licensed health and life producer. She draws from a diverse background in education, accounting, and insurance to bring a holistic approach to workforce consulting. Working with business owners to increase the health, well-being, and productivity of their employees through innovative benefit programs and strategic HR and communication practices is what gets her up in the morning.  In addition to her health license and REBC designation (2019), Margaret is also a SHRM certified HR consultant.
